Shipping policy

Most orders for products that are pre-built are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.. Orders that are special request items or need building are processed within 14 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

For Custom Orders on In-stock Bases

Please allow a 4 week window for this process. Other timelines can be accommodated, but anything needed in less than 14 business days has a 25% rush fee, as its not fair to our clients already in queue

For Custom Orders on Custom Bases

Please allow an 8 week window for this detailed design process. Other timelines can be accommodated, but anything needed in less than 20 business days has a 25% rush fee, as its not fair to our clients already in queue
