How do I find out what color rhinestones I need?
If you have purchased a garment (even second-hand), contact the name on the tag. Any designer worth their salt will have that on file. If you aren’t able to contact the creator, no worries! You can ship us the garment so we can do the matching in-house, and/or if it works, pull off a sample of any and all embellishments to send us and we can take it from there!

How do I know where to mail my item so it can be matched?
Please mail to: 14785 Infirmary Road, Wapakoneta OH 45895. We HIGHLY suggest a tracking number, in case your item gets lost. Please be sure to include a note with your name and contact information, along with any special requests or instructions. If we are matching a garment for you, please include your preferred shape or design details. If you are sending bead work or a swatch with bead work on it please and close it in a Ziploc bag. Please be sure to write clearly and legibly as we will not be responsible for items that cannot be read. Please do NOT tape swatches. If your designer will be sending us swatches directly, please share this information with them (especially tracking) and remind them to include your name with the swatch so we know to whom it belongs when it arrives here.

How do I get an earring repaired?
Please send the ENTIRE PAIR back to 14785 Infirmary Road Wapakoneta Ohio 45895. Please include a note with your name, return address, and any special instructions (repair a stone, back, etc.) so that we can fulfill your request. We HIGHLY SUGGEST sending with a tracking number. DO NOT place them in an envelope, the machines will tear it and earrings may be lost. The earrings MUST BE in a box. Please also include ten dollars for return priority shipping with tracking and insurance. Please be sure to write clearly and legibly as we will not be responsible for items that cannot be read.

Please keep in mind we need a 30 day window to review donation/sponsorship inquiries due to the volume we receive.
