How do I find out what color rhinestones I need?
If you are matching an existing garment with crystals already on it, please contact the original designer. Any professional will have that information on file. We need the crystal color name AND brand- we work exclusively in Swarovski and Preciosa; we can absolutely match other brands of rhinestones, we will just need a sample stone mailed to us so that we can match in house. The brand is key, as Swarovski ‘Smoked Topaz’ and Preciosa ‘Smoked Topaz’ are NOT THE SAME. We also need a small swatch of all fabrics/leathers/appliques etc being used (even just a scrap off of the floor is fine) so that we can do our best work. Please also include all information on any other pearls, nail heads, metallic spots etc.
When you have all of these pieces (We promise its not as overwhelming as it sounds, and is 100% worth it lol) please following these instructions: Please mail to: 14785 Infirmary Road, Wapakoneta OH 45895. Please ship with a tracking number, in case your item gets lost or delayed as we cannot be responsible for post office issues. DO NOT place stones in an envelope, the machines will tear it and contents may be lost-Please be sure to include a note with your name, phone number, email address and return mailing address, along with any special requests or instructions. How do I get an earring repaired?
Please send the ENTIRE PAIR back to 14785 Infirmary Road Wapakoneta Ohio 45895. Please include a note with your name, phone number, email address, return address, and any special instructions (repair a stone, back, etc.) so that we can fulfill your request. We HIGHLY suggest sending with a tracking number- we cannot be responsible for post office issues. DO NOT place them in an envelope, the machines will tear it and earrings may be lost- please place in a box. Please also include twelve dollars for return priority shipping with tracking and insurance. Please be sure to write clearly and legibly as we will not be responsible for items that cannot be read.
