How do I find out what color rhinestones I need?
If you have purchased a garment (even second-hand), contact the name on the tag. Any designer worth their salt will have that on file. If you aren’t able to contact the creator, no worries! You can ship us the garment so we can do the matching in-house, and/or if it works, pull off a sample of any and all embellishments to send us and we can take it from there!
How do I choose a matching color for earrings if my garment/item doesn’t have crystals?

How do I know where to mail my item so it can be matched?
Please mail to: 14785 Infirmary Road, Wapakoneta OH 45895. We HIGHLY suggest a tracking number, in case your item gets lost. Please be sure to include a note with your name and contact information, along with any special requests or instructions.
